All of my graphics are protected by national and international copyright laws. All rights reserved. I maintain all ownership and rights to this material. When you buy my graphics, you are buying a license to use them, according to my terms, and you may NOT give/share these files with anyone but yourself - the original purchaser or down-loader, and members of your immediate family/house-hold. This includes freebies/sample kits - - Thank you for honoring this!

You MAY:
You may alter my graphics and use them in your personal scrapbook pages and other personal projects, and may submit layouts that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook website, mailing list, or magazine (or related publications), etc., for publication. Credit is always appreciated, but not required, unless the site/publication requires it.

You may use my graphics on your personal (non-commercial) blog or forum signatures, avatars, etc. Credit is always appreciated, but not required. Blog / signature / avatar must be family-friendly - my graphics may not be used on any illegal sites nor anything remotely pornographic. They must be sized down to no greater than 72ppi, 600px. You will need to re-size them for the web.

These graphics are for personal, non-commercial use only (except as outlined herein). If you are unsure

I do allow my designs to be used in small in-home business of scrapping for others "Scrap-for-hire/S4O". You may use my designs for scrapbook pages for your clients, as long as you provide your client with ONLY the finished files, in printed format or flattened .jpg format (nothing in .png - no quick-pages or any other pages which are not completely finished, ready for printing). You may NOT use my designs to make quick-pages for sale, or mass-produce picture-ready pages. ONLY finished pages with pictures and all layers flattened together may be sold. You may also use them on small-scale basis in hand-crafting items for sale in your small in-home craft business. Please contact me if you have questions about any of these terms.
Professional photographers may contact me @ jilld123@gmail.com for special license in your photography business. Fee applies.

You may not claim these graphics, or any derivatives, as your own. You may not make any of my graphics into tubes/brushes/overlays, etc. or redistribute them in any way or form. My newest product line, Digi-Cuts™, have their own unique TOU, with a few minor changes from my digi-scrap products.

Digi-Cuts™ are offered in a large number of formats, to be compatible with the many choices of personal (or professional) electronic cutting machines; please verify that the format needed for your cutter is included, as refunds cannot be given for digital products once they are downloaded.

You may NOT re-sell the graphics themselves, or the .png files in their original format (or brush/.abr/.png format) - they must be altered and in finished-product form only (further commercial-use and designer-resources, templates, overlays, brushes, fonts, dingbat fonts, etc. are NOT considered finished products.)

You may NOT use these graphics to produce other commercial-use items which would be in competition with my own product - personal use items only.

My CU products may only be used to make freebies/samplers/gifts when they are incorporated into another element - such us used in making a quick-page, or combined with another element, so that the original CU item may not be simply re-colored/re-used easily.

Credit is NOT required, but always appreciated! :)

Special terms for CU FONTS:

My CU fonts MAY be used to create alphas, but they must be altered in some way. Fonts may NOT be re-distrubed in font form, or as brushes, overlays, .png files, templates, rub-ons, stamps, etc. Again, they must be altered in some way, such as recoloring _AND_ adding layer-styles, or adding letters to an image/label/element, etc. (Simply re-coloring and selling as brushes/etc. is not acceptable). If you are unsure about something, please e-mail me and I will help you ASAP! I always appreciate being credited for fonts used in creating alphas, but
do not *require* it, and will not be chasing anyone down or insisting that you do so. ;)

You may also use these images in small (home-based) "Scrap-for-Hire" businesses, providing that you do not give the images out in their original (.png or .abr) format - they MUST be part of a flattened, finished (including photos) .jpg page only (or in printed form on a page) - not where they could be easily extracted for individual re-use. You may not create quick-pages for sale, or mass-produce and sell any product using my products, including (but not limited to): stationary, paper/printed products, cards, internet greeting 'cards', e-mail stationary, desktops, etc. If you are unsure about your intended use, please contact me and I'll help! :)

If you have ANY OTHER (outside of digital scrapping kits or scrap-for-hire) commercial uses you are wanting to use them for, (including on blogs/websites/etc.) you must obtain permission before using them, and credit IS required for website/blog use.
